  Frank Cho responded to me on his message board about his hardcover Shanna collection and apparantly hope lingers on for the MAX version of the book.
According to Uncle Frank:
I haven't seen it yet.
All I know is that I drew 3 extra pages to smooth out some continuity/page count between the chapters.
I didn't have too much input into it since I'm saving all the extra stuff (pelims, sketches) for the uncensored MAX version. More ammo on my part to make the MAX version more justifiable to Marvel's eyes.
